The Branson Guide ("the App," "we," "our") is a travel-planning app for visitors to Branson, Missouri. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it's used, and your choices. The App does not require an account, and we do not collect information that identifies you personally.

Information We Collect

Location Information. With your permission, the App uses your device's location to show nearby restaurants, attractions, and shows; sort results by distance; and provide local weather conditions. Your location is used on your device for these features and is sent to Open-Meteo to request weather data for your area. Location is not linked to your identity, is not stored on our servers, and is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other companies' apps or websites. You can change location permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

Content You Create. Trip itineraries, favorites, and trip journal entries — including any photos you add — are stored only on your device. We do not have access to this content, and it is deleted if you uninstall the App.

Usage and Diagnostic Data. The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how features are used and to diagnose crashes. This may include device type, OS version, in-app interactions, and crash logs. This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — analytics and crash reporting
• Open-Meteo — weather forecasts based on your approximate location

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share data with third parties other than the service providers listed above, which process data only to provide the functionality described in this policy.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Choices

• Location permissions can be changed anytime in iOS Settings.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored itinerary, favorites, and journal data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
